About the Authors
Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD and Nirlipta Tuli MD are certified yoga therapists and yoga nidra teacher-trainers. They co-founded the Yoga Nidra Network and have co-created Total Yoga Nidra. Uma teaches online and internationally, sharing Total Yoga Nidra. Nirlipta’s particular interest lies in the therapeutic applications of yoga nidra for sleep-related issues, long Covid recovery and other long-term conditions.
