Whether to aid with meditation or yoga, or simply for a lovely scent in any room, the Meditation Incense can be used for introspection and reflection.
These are available in small 15g boxes or larger big boxes. The small box contains approximately 12 sticks, the big box contains 12 boxes of the smaller 15g boxes for the price of 11. The 12 boxes come in one larger contain as shown above.

I've mentioned in some of my other reviews of this range that in general they are all quite soft (except 'Stress Relief' which is slightly stronger than the others). However the Meditation incense was the most soft, and by that I don't mean that it was weak but I mean it is not thick or overpowering and smoky as some incense can tend to be. This was soft, I think for good reason - I know for me personally if I was to use this specifically alongside or to aid with meditation or Yoga for instance then I wouldn't want anything too overpowering or distracting, it was just right.
Lovely and light, this is a good accompaniment if you choose to use it alongside a 'relaxing' practices such as meditation or Yoga etc or if in need of some introspection. After trying all in this range, to be named the 'Yoga Series', I would say this is particular is the pinnacle.
