I think this is a fantastic selection pack for anyone interested in incense. Twelve beautifully scented and varied packs of Indian incense presented in a stylish and sturdy gift box. It makes a fabulous and unusual gift for any occasion, and would be a great present to sniff out from under the Chritmas tree! Or why not treat yourself to this amazing scented selection, whether you’re familiar with incense, or you would like a many and varied introduction, I think this selection pack is perfect! I’ve been burning incense for many years, and I really enjoyed trying each variety and noticed they are all quite unique and different from one another. I found all the fragrances to be good quality, they gave me the impression of natural ingredients, although I obviously favoured some above others. They all burned slowly, each stick burning for about 40 minutes, with many scents lasting well after the stick had burned out. Some of the individual packs inside are quite unusual and I’d not seen them before, plus there are some familiar old favourites too……..

Californian White Sage - This is a classic, subtle, relaxing scent, great for stress relief and one which I like to have burning regularly in the background for that homely chill-out feeling. Super Hit - Like the name implies, this one is quite strong but I don’t find it overpowering. It has some sweeter floral notes and is very pleasant and not too heavy. It’s a great scent for removing other smells, I liked to burn it after cooking.

Nag Champa Agarbatti - this is a classic amongst incense, it smells like every hippie shop you’ve ever been in, and that’s before you’ve even burnt it. One of the most popular incense varieties ever, and the selection pack just wouldn’t be complete without it. It’s unmistakable and truly Indian.

Natural Sandal - Sandlewood is another classic incense aroma, and the Satya Natural Sandal variety delivers the expected exotic, woody tones which linger perfectly. This is great scent to burn during meditation, or while simply while relaxing at the end of the day.

Natural Rose – I am always dubious about rose scented incense, as I’ve found some brands to be overpowering or to have fake hints to them. However, this incense is not too strong, it’s definitely very rosey but not overly sweet, a little like turkish delight! This is definitely one of the more refreshing scents in the selection pack, it's lively and happy and those rosey notes linger nicely in the room for a while.

Natural Jasmine - If you are a fan of floral smells, this is the one for you. It’s immediately identifiable as Jasmine, quite strong and could be a little overpowering in a small room, it is sweet and flowery yet has that masala incense undertone. The scent lasts a good while after the stick has burned through, and a great one for disguising other smells.

Natural Patchouli - I love the smell of patchouli, and this incense has subtle woody notes, although I found the actual patchouli scent to be quite faint. However, overall it was very pleasant, mellow and earthy.

Natural Lavender – This was my favourite scent in the whole selection pack. From the moment I lit the stick I adored the smell, and found myself sniffing the air madly and chasing it around the room. Something about it reminded me of the 1970’s, (maybe it's just me, but I think it was the citrus and lavender notes of Brut aftershave, always a favourite!) This scent is just so gorgeous and relaxing, it gives a lazy, no rush feel to the room. I could burn this one all day long.

The Nag Champa Selection Pack is perfect for a gift or just a lovely selection of incense for yourself! Presented nicely in a transparent box so you are able to see all of the incense included on the front and also the different scents included on the reverse. The vibrant colours of the incense boxes grabbed my attention and I couldn’t wait to open my selection pack. I chose my elephant incense holder to try out the new scents.

Californian White Sage has to be my favourite; it’s quite a delicate, smooth incense with light scents of vanilla. It burns well without too much smoke.

Next I tried the Natural collection, starting with the Lavender. It’s quite a subtle scent with the calming effect lavender is known for, and a gentle smell that fills the room with a light flowery aroma.

Natural Rose is sweet, fresh and floral. The distinctive fragrance is balanced and not too overpowering, and I love the pink and gold packaging it comes in.

Natural Jasmine is more musky and a little stronger than the others, but still with a lovely warm aroma.

Natural Sandal is earthy, light and enjoyable. A nice woody aroma and as with all of the Natural range, it is more subtle than others so I would choose to burn these more often for a general background fragrance as they are not too overpowering.

Natural Patchouli is more of a woody, smoky smell and one of the stronger scents from the selection.

Super Hit is a rich, deep aroma which I found very relaxing, a nice traditional fragrance.

Nag Champa is also a stronger, distinctive scent and I can see why these are so popular, and a familiar scent most people seem to enjoy.

All of these incense sticks seemed slow burning in comparison to other brands I have tried in the past and are all very pleasant scents.
