Brandi Amara Skyy is the founder and Head Witch in Charge of WOKE MAGIC, an online business and community devoted to art, activism, and magick. Her inclusive, intersectional, and unique approach to magick blends skills from her indigenous roots and Western Occult traditions, and draws from her own experience as a queer, indigenous, brown, genderqueer womxn. Brandi has been featured in The Advocate, Global Grind, Curve magazine, and The Dallas Voice, and is the author of six books, including The Little Book of Drag and Be More Drag. Brandi resides with her wife Candace, and their spoiled, papaleta Maltese/Shih-Tzu rescue, June, on her native lands in Tejas (Texas), USA.
