About the Author
Rachel Bartholomew (Dip ION, MBANT,CNHC) is an experienced nutrition consultant and writer who believes in the power of making small changes. Rachel is a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Mandy Pearson (MA Hons) is an accredited mindfulness and NLP trainer, consultant, and coach with over 20 years of extensive training in counselling, clinical psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and NLP. Mandy is also a Reiki Master teacher and integrates mindfulness into all aspects of her work. As the director of Inner Space, Mandy runs mindfulness and leadership courses internationally. She lives in Denmark and writes “Stories from Engelshus” from her woodland home.
