Using a spray is good for the smell of a smudge but without the smoke. It can be particularly useful within smaller rooms, for places where burning sage is not permitted or simply as an alternative for smudging.

This white sage spray is made by Fluorescent Ranch in Colorado, USA. They distil it themselves, so it is the real deal.
The spray has a pump action (that is, it is not pressurised) and the spray comes out in a fine mist. As you may know the energetic properties of white sage are cleansing and opening in a spiritual way. I have to come clean and say that I love white sage, so I will be biased. But then again, if the spray is no good I may be harsh!
White sage is a pungent, rich, rosemary-like smell. Most often it is used in its dried form for burning, often as a smudge stick.
Using a spray means you have a fine mist instead of smoke and you are encountering more the natural smell of the herb rather than the type of smoke it creates. One way of using it is to do 4 or 5 pumps in the air in front of you and then to walk through the mist as it falls. Another way is to spray it around yourself or into the spaces of a room or around objects you wish to cleanse.
For me personally this spray is not really something I would use in a toilet or to freshen up a room, although some may find that works well for them. I would personally pick a fragrance for that that is more floral or mainstream.
This spray is most useful for me in a cleansing way. Personally my first port of call would probably still be a smudge stick but I would use this when creating smoke is not really ideal or if there is a lack of time. For others though I could see in therapist-type or indoor environment this product could be equally as valuable as a smudge stick. I really like it as a product, it smells authentic and has the feel of something natural.

Beautiful smelling spray
Sent for this yesterday & it has just arrived at 10.30am, Brilliant service & a beautiful smelling spray. I have to be careful with fragrance sprays as we have 3 parrots so being all natural, this is good.
