The Blissful Sleep Spray can be used on a regular basis, even on a night where it might be easy to fall asleep. This can help the body to start to associate the scent with that of a deep sleep, so that it can be more effective on nights when sleeping is more of a struggle. 

How to Use
Simply spritz above your pillow, or on a tissue nearby, then leave the beautiful blend of aromatherapy notes to do their work. Or you might like to add some of this scent to an evening bath or shower; simply spritz in running bathwater or around the bathroom (before you shower) to aid in relaxation before bedtime. 

Sizes: Available in 50ml size bottles. The 50ml bottle is handy for travelling or when on holiday; great for creating a relaxing atmosphere in unfamiliar settings and to help make falling asleep an easier and blissful experience. (These are the smaller bottles as featured in the image).

Creator of the Divine Hag suggests if you are going away, the spray can work much better if you use the spray at home for a few days before you do. The scent can then evoke memories of being in your own bed and help you get ready for sleep and still the mind.
