The Blissful Sleep Roller Ball Fragrance can be used on a regular basis, even on a night where it might be easy to fall asleep. This can help the body to start to associate the scent with that of a deep sleep, so that it can be more effective on nights when sleeping is more of a struggle.
How to Use
Apply a few drops of the fragrance to your skin, then wait a few minutes to allow the aroma to breathe.
Size: Available in 10ml glass vial bottles. These are very handy for travelling or when on holiday; great for creating a relaxing atmosphere in unfamiliar settings and to help make falling asleep an easier and blissful experience.
Creator of the Divine Hag suggests if you are going away, the roller ball can work much better if you use it at home for a few days before you do. The scent can then evoke memories of being in your own bed and help you get ready for sleep and still the mind.
