Amber Glass Jar with Lid
An empty amber jar with black plastic screw lid, ideal for mixing your own blends.
We have two sizes available: 30g and 100g (please see the pictures above for comparison in size).
Please Note: Our 100g Jars actually have a 120g capacity if these are filled to the rim. We would not recommend filling them completely as this will cover the inside of the lid and may potentially leak.
Glass jars are great for mixing and storing your own aromatherapy blends such as lotions and creams; you could also try using them for bath salts and body scrubs. For extra information on storing your essential oils and carrier oils, please see below.
Storing Essential Oils
Essential oils can be quite delicate substances and factors such as strong light, heat, air and moisture can affect them. They are best kept in a cool, dark and dry place ideally in a box and in a cupboard. We wouldn't recommend transferring your essential oils into plastic bottles or jars as the plastic can interact with the chemical makeup of your essential oils and may cause the plastic to deteriorate. Keeping them in their dark, amber bottle with the lid will prolong their life. Oils that are stored in the correct condition should last for years (citrus oils have a slightly shorter life).
Storing Base & Carrier Oils
We recommend keeping your base or carrier oil in a cool place out of direct sunlight and to use them within 12-18 months once they has been opened. Wipe the lip and neck of the bottle or jar clean before sealing the lid, this can help to stop any excess oil from going rancid.
Dimensions & Storage
30g - Approximately 4.8cm in length (including black lid) and 3.9cm in diameter. This holds approximately 35ml.
100g - Approximately 6.5cm in length (including black lid) and 6cm in diameter. This holds approximately 120ml.

Choose between Royal Mail post (cheaper and slower) or DHL (more expensive and faster).
• Royal Mail to Europe 3-6 working days after dispatch - from £4.20 (2 kg max.)
• DHL to Europe from 1-2 days after dispatch - from £19.96.
• Royal Mail to Outside Europe 6-10 working days after dispatch - from £6.48 (2 kg max.)
• DHL to Outside Europe from 1-2 days after dispatch - from £25.00.
